Frank Norris Pig Dinner

The Frank Norris Pig Dinner is an annual tradition celebrated by Phi Gamma Delta chapters across the country to honor the memory of Frank Norris, a prominent member and writer who tragically died young. Recognized as the longest continually running graduate event in the fraternity world, the dinner brings together undergraduate brothers and alumni for a night of fellowship, reflection, and brotherhood. The evening typically includes speeches, awards, and the symbolic "pig dinner," named from a historical joke among the founders. More than just a meal, the event is a cherished tradition that strengthens the lifelong bonds of fraternity and reaffirms the values of Phi Gamma Delta.

Last year, the Theta Chapter had the honor of welcoming Coach Nick Saban as our keynote speaker, drawing a record number of alumni back to campus. We look forward to continuing the proud tradition of the Frank Norris Pig Dinner for many years to come.
